The Everyday Spruce \\ DIY Painted Push Pins…

Abode - Creativity

DIY nail varnish thumbtacks colourful push pins with nail varnish Since our project – The Everyday Spruce – is all about tips & ideas we hope will encourage you to simplify, clarify & beautify your home and daily routine; here’s a very simple DIY I used for painted push pins to add a pretty touch of colour to the practicality of my new chalkboard door...

Push pins are so useful, but they’re often either dull, or only come in primary colours. Using nailvarnish to create your own colour palette is a really quick and easy update…

I painted one coat of white varnish as a base, then one coat of my second colour. Leave to dry overnight, and they’re done.

If you love it, stick a pin in it ;0) Click here to see how I made my paper ball decoration too x
