Beautiful Beach People \\ International Women’s Day…

Everyday - Folk - Wanderlust

International womens day International womens day International womens day International womens day International womens day International womens day International womens day International womens day International womens day International womens day International womens day This weekend has been a mixture of the mundane & the marvellous…

Between awaiting the floor man with anticipation (for the kitchen at last…he didn’t show – grrrr!), and sorting Boo’s room (the playroom is no more – chaos ensues!), we also enjoyed dinner out together last night, and Boo, Ma & I spent a rather lovely, if chilly, late morning at the Witterings today.

I still can’t quite believe that in the fourteen years we’ve been together – visiting & now living in West Sussex – D & I have never actually quite made it to the Witterings! My first visit was a mere four weeks ago, when I caught up briefly with Heather, Kat & Kelly at the end of a rare & beautiful sunny Winter’s day…

Mum loves time at the beach when she comes to stay, so I thought I’d take the opportunity to revisit the sandy shores (one of the few of our coastline) & colourful beach huts with her & the Bear in tow.

What better way to spend International Women’s Day than with this beautiful pair? Both so unique, brave, strong, creative & independent…my past & my future…they rock!
